Branding, strategy, signage, social media and website for Ireland’s most successful retail park in South Dublin.

/ INSIGHT

Originally called The Park, Begley Hutton was tasked with re-evaluating the brand positioning for one of Ireland’s largest out-of-town retail parks. Drawing on insights from extensive market research and shopper interviews, we proposed shifting focus to a more affluent and aspirational audience.

Central to this repositioning was renaming the retail park Carrickmines Park, leveraging the prestige of the affluent area it calls home. Inspired by the word "mine" within Carrickmines, we crafted the tagline "Make it yours every day". This tagline encourages dwell time, more frequent visits, and serves as a unifying messaging platform for marketing campaigns.

Our design approach features a bespoke, elegant wordmark complemented by a distinctive colour palette and refined photography. To engage the target audience, we developed a new website and continue to add followers via effective social media campaigns, further enhanced by promotions and special events.
